Was just as good last night as it was Sunday! Good football food!!
Dizzy dust was a nice change of pace, will use it again.
I went with dizzy dust coarse grind and it delivered on the bark.

Nice bark. Pulled pork is so versatile. Sammiches, Tacos, Salad, stuffed in peppers…or just a la cart….love it. Very well done.
