Just randomly looking at desert recipes today, I saw this recipe on grills grills. Blackberry/peach rum pie. 4 cups of peaches, 2 cups blackberrys 1/2 cp brown sugar. 6 oz rum. Two small deep dish pie crust. Topping 1.5 cp flour, 1cp oats 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp salt, 1.5 sticks unsalted butter. Pour mixture into pie pans. Cover with the topping. Onto SmokeFire at 375. Will add more when done.

They are done. Got a little passed 180. Doesn’t seem burned though.
It tastes a lot like a cobbler. Pretty good overall. Want to do apple next. This SmokeFire is so versatile! I love it.

Looks great! I’ve done coupe desert things on mine too. They have a hint of smoke flavor that I really enjoyed.
