Followed Jess Pryless her recipe for a whole Picahna. Switched it a little bit up tho. Turned out pretty damn good.
Need to do another one.
 
Time for a Monday rib smoking to start the week. St. Louis style ribs homemade Rob with lots of brown sugar salt cumin garlic pepper etc.

Tried some fish skewers using the Weber Elevations Tiered Grilling System for the first time this evening. Used Monkfish, chorizo & Peppers. First time tried Monkfish on the grill very tasty and the ETGS is well worth the investment if you enjoy skewers on the grill imho

Not on the smokefire but I did some Korean shortribs yesterday🤑View attachment 3826
I cook those up several times in the summer months. I usually do a Korean style rub with Trader Joes Korean BBQ sauce. Then i thinly slice the meat from the bones and make Korean street tacos. Sometimes I'll leave them on the bone for a quick snack. Looks great!

I kinda used Malcolm reeds recipe only added some Indonesian hotsauce to the marinade:

They were amazing the cut itself looked amazing too that's why I got them

I'm doing my first run on ribs right now. I just put these on and I'm trying out the "smokeboost" as well.
