With a combo of a Weber Kettle, WSM, and a Blackstone Griddle the EX6 gets used a few times each week. I do not take pics every cook but this was labor Day, an 11 hour cook.The weekend cook thread is going pretty good. With everybody having time to make a nice cook. But what about the weekdays? You guys still using the Smokefire?

Indonesian chicken satay with spicy peanut sauce, some eggs and cucumber. Quick and easy to make.
