EX6, 2, 22” kettles, 18” kettle and a 26” kettleand a e310 gasser
Frys had whole choice packers on sale for 1.99 a lb. bought a 17lber. Trimmed to about 15 lbs. getting ready to put it on. Going to run it all night at 225. Will show more photos as we progress. Used Holy Cow and Holy Gospel to season it. Stalled at about 5am at 153. At about 6;30 I Wrapped in foil and put back on. Been almost 11 hours and it’s sitting at 155.

That is one awesome looking brisket. That had to be amazing. Meat Church has great rubs so you can't go wrong.
