They look incredible. Juicy. Any pro tips on method (s)?
To get the smoke ring I put them on smoke boost for about an hour. Than smoked them at 250 degrees for about 7 hrs. I used beef tallow as my binder and just salt pepper garlic for the rub.
Also I would spritz them with a water bourbon to keep moisture on them.
Pulled them off when they hit internal temp of 202.

I've been crazy busy with work (out of town) so couldn't participate. Next month I'm back💪🏻
Well if it’s any condolence, those ribs had 7-8 votes in the first 2 seconds. So….don’t they look juicy though? Man I’m going to have to try those.
