Got a turkey breast the other day. Put it on earlier at 275. Just flipped it over , put into foil with a whole stick of butter. Can’t wait to taste it.

That’s what I’m cooking tomorrow. 7 pounder, 1 part salt 2 parts pepper. Wrap in foil with butter at 135, pulling it at 160-162.

I used Kinders salt/pepper/garlic rub.

Cause I’m going my cousins house tomorrow, and I’m doing a brisket to take out there. The homemade Mac and cheese too. Plus they are doing two turkeys. Also my wife makes some killer twice baked potatoes. We going to be loaded with good food. We just decided to do a little something at home tonight.

Well...we won’t be going any where tomorrow. One of my kids may have COVID. He went and got tested but results won’t be done for 3-5 days!

He’s fine, other than muscle aches sore throat and really stuffed up.

Yeah but quarantining, masks, is for the stupid birds. We will do it, because this isn’t just a regular bad flu, but grudgingly.

Beautiful day for some Turkey!! One is injected and game bird rub, the other just salt and pepper. I’ll wrap em both at 135 with some butter.

Wrapped them both in foil and butter, they look amazing. Didn’t get pics cause my hands got dirty.
