Not a big fan of Tilapia personally but I’d set the cooker to 400 and cook to IT of 145 or so. Easy peasy. Season with whatever trips your trigger.Hello all,

Hate to even mention it but my issue is mental. Used to eat it fairly frequently but saw a documentary on the farms they are produced from and have been totally ruin by it. I can’t unsee the images. Very nice mild fish for sure. Just not for me anymore, unfortunately.
