275 to 120 degrees F. Take off and run smoke fire up to 600. Meantime put seasoned butter combo on the 120 deg F steaks and cover lightly with foil while smoke fire comes up to 600. No more than 1.5 minutes yields the pic attached. I was going to give the glistening butter drenched pic that I so often see but this one is right where I like it! And, damn it is good!
