This may be my entry. But I’m not sure. These are manicotti stuffed shotgun shells. I hot sausage, one mild mixed with cheddar, Tabasco, and Tony’s. And wrapped in bacon. On the EX6 for 1.75 hrs at 275, the 20 minutes at 350. Stubbs bbq sauce basted the las 30 minutes. Kind of chewy, but very tasty

Me too, I can’t come close to flexing like that. I’ve just got my SmokeFire, Genesis, and WSM. Had to finally send my old Kettle to the grill graveyard few months ago.

Love that light blue. That looks like a proper grilling area! Wait! Is the blue a 26”?! If it is I’m extremely jealous!
😀 it is the new glen blue 26”, it is a beauty! Makes me smile.
honeslty though the SmokeFire is the beast of the bunch. I can’t see using the WSM anymore and the kettles will be for rotisserie work.
Big blue is mostly for smiles.
The Q-320 is a perfectly seasoned cast iron grate that rocks on veggies.
