Did my best to replicate the dude from meat churches Nashville hot chicken. I’ll be jiggered if it didn’t turn out incredibrew! Highly recomend.

Soaked chicken breast pieces in pickle juice approx 2 hours. Made a flour egg buttermilk rinse. Covered in flour, dipped in egg/buttermilk. Back into flour. Heated oil on the stove to 300. About 6/8 minutes frying flipping once carefully half way through time. Toasted buns. Put on mayo, pickle. I also made a drizzle out of the oil with cayenne and brown sugar.
