I need to do more shrimp. That looks like great meal.
The boss applied the rubs. She said it was Heath Riles garlic butter rub with some Hey Grill Hey veggie and seafood. They were especially good. Those seasonings really popped. Thanks for lookin.
 
Pork Butt - Boneless! This is the first time I am trying this cut.
I've always done bone in. Don't see why the boneless wont be equally delicious. Enjoy!
 
Here it is at wrapping time. EX4 is running like a top. And ZZ is on the radio.
Really pleased with the results.

Home made BBQ sauce, baked beans, corn salad, and coleslaw as sides. Served on toasted brioche buns!

Beef back ribs. A few of the bones were thin on meat hence so many pulled away. Still delicious.
Meat Church Holy Cow rub. 3 hours on. Wrapped in butcher paper for 2 hours. Finished unwrapped for 2 hours. Finished at 205°
