TWO-FER! Over the top chili Saturday turned into Malcom's gameday chili dogs on Sunday.
Mighty tasty, but considerable damage was done to ozone layer.

Unfortunately we can't get the Philadelphia Cream Cheese Blocks here in the Uk (just the whipped stuff not suitable).

Spotted these in the supermarket yesterday, so decided to give them ago on Smokeboost for 2 hours scored and with a sprinkling of Meatchurch Honey Bacon BBQ.

Turned out really delicious, like a slightly smoky, gooey fondue on a cheese melt biscuit, definite keeper

Added some cream cheese. Buddy brought me some homemade jalapeño pepper jelly yesterday. I’m gonna try this smoked cream cheese thingy and spread that pepper jelly on the cheese block at the end.
