I’m pretty excited myself!!I haven’t quite figured out why yet but cooking chicken on the Smokefire...absolutely AMAZING. And I mean straight up on the grates: wings, thighs, drumsticks, breasts, full spatchcock, and even boneless...just fantastic flavor and moisture (even without brining). Can’t do it better on my kettle or genesis, I’ve tried. I mean, better than using my rotisserie. I cannot wait to try my hand at a full turkey this Thursday!
Haha, your wife sounds a lot like mine!I’m not using my kettles as much either, but my wife knows better than to suggest anything of the sort. She has her crafting that literally is an almost daily trip to dollar store, where amazing craft ideas sprout. New sewing machine, cricut, and tons of cake and cookie, stuff...no way Jose!
