Smoked some party mix today. Half with Holy Voodoo and half with Oakridge Santa Maria. Pretty good but will go little lighter on the seasoning next time. Anyone have a go to recipe?

I am old school and like it with Chex and nuts only.

If you were asking me, I really like it. I used too much rub the first batches but I’ve made it a it few more times. Really like the Holy Voodoo, and last couple batches I’ve used Oakridge Dominator as it’s little sweeter.

What type of liquid carrier are you using - water (Worchestershire sauce) or oil? I do pretzels with an oil carrier that can not have any aqueous liquid added or separation of the two will occur. I use powdered Worchestershire for that reason. Also use it on brisket.
 
I’ve been using olive oil. May try butter one of these times.
