I set it at 225, but it was going up to 295. I turned on smoke boost and it dropped back down a bit. I’d say average was probably 250. About 2 hours. Grillmaster blend by Weber

I put some Kinders regular bbq on one…not recommended. On the other i put sweet chili sauce…highly recommended.

I love doing smoked cream cheese. I haven’t added any sauces, just eat it with crackers. I rub with little olive oil, then add rub and smoke at 225 for little over two hours. Rub choice can make it savory or sweet.
