Smoke flavor ex4

I have been using lumberjack pellets, specifically char hickory and there really hasn’t been much smoke flavor, anyone else run into this problem? I mean the food is pretty good but I’m not really getting much smoke... how much smoke should be in the chamber and coming out the back? Did anyone who got the new auger notice a difference in smoke output or flavor?
