I have been cooking on the smoke fire since December and this is the first pork shoulder. I typically would do three on my old propane smoker but got two on sale. I threw them on yesterday around 2 PM filled the hopper and pretty much forgot about them till this morning. I did get a low fuel warning but still had enough in the chamber to refill at 6 AM. The smaller one is done but the larger one is at 180 so some time to go. This is by far the easiest pulled pork I’ve ever made
