I have a small one of those meat slicers, it’s more hassle to use than it’s worth. I need at least a 10” or bigger.

Initial thought in opening, shiny!! Looks like a lot of stuff for $56. Definitely a lot of plastic, but looks like something fun to try!

I’m going to save my first slice job for a Wagyu corned beef I have in the freezer.

That looks like the one I bought a while back but you got it at a much better price than I did, nice! It was fun to use but I have to admit I was a little disappointed by the perceived rate of spin of the blade. I had imagined table saw type speed and so was a little let down by the actual blade speed upon first using it. That being said, it worked fine and I do use it often for homemade deli sandwiches.
