Ladies and Gents, it's time for the October Smoke of the Month contest! Now's the time to get outside and fire up your SmokeFire and cook up your favorite meal. This is a win/win type of contest. We get to see all of the awesome photos of your cooks, and you get to eat the results!

How do I enter?
  1. Post in this thread 1 photo of your favorite cook on the SmokeFire. The photo included must be your photo! It's not required, but we prefer the photo to include your username (on a piece of paper, napkin, etc, be creative!)
  2. Include a simple write up of the recipe along with cooking instructions.
  3. We will leave the contest thread open for 12 days and close it October 15th @ 3:00 EST.
  4. After that we will open up the voting and allow the community to vote for the winner!
The winner's photo will be featured on our website and receive a special "Smoke of the Month" badge!

Good Luck to all!

** If you do post multiple photos, please indicate the one photo you would like submitted in the final voting thread!

Can I submit something I’ve already posted on the website?

I can’t see why not if was done in October. Unless it’s better than mine:p

It was done on the 28th of September🤔

Tuna tataki on a bed of avocado cream and baby arugula, grilled baby bokchoy and jasmine rice topped with scallions.

Posted it already in the weekend cooks but I just don't have the time this weekend to put a different dish together.

So let’s clarify one photo, is it a masterpiece like Dutchie or a collage like Abmet? I like both!

Okay dutchie just needs to retire and become a judge...because that pic is incredible, and....and....yeah. LOL good job dutchie! Once again

Thanks 😊 and I'm voting for a theme for the next one 😂 would be more fun and kinda harder to pick when there is a theme and everyone can make there own creation out of it. 😁

Ok here my entry. Just good ol’ burgers. Did some pretty big patties. Probably .75 lbs. each. Used Worcestershire and a couple eggs in the meat. Also salt lick original seasoning. On the SmokeFire at 300 for .5 hour, then cranked her up to 375, for about 20 more... pulled the meat off when they read 140. On one we did roasted garlic and regular burger sauces. Tomato, onion, lettuce. The other we did same sauces, bacon and grilled onion/mushroom.

I’ll use the bacon burger as my entry.
