Ladies and Gents, it's time for the June Smoke of the Month! This year the contest will have a specific theme every month. This month we'll kick things off with a dessert theme. Let's see your best smoked desserts including pies, cakes, cookies, cobbler, brownies, etc! So don't waste another minute, get your pellet hopper filled and your SmokeFire ready!

How do I enter?
  1. Post in this thread 1 photo of your favorite cook on the SmokeFire. The photo included must be your photo! It's not required, but we prefer the photo to include your username (on a piece of paper, napkin, etc, be creative!)
  2. Include a a caption along with the photo.
  3. We will leave the contest thread open for 7 days and close it June 21th @ 10:00 AM EST.
  4. After that we will open up the voting and allow the community to vote for the winner!
The winner's photo will be featured on our website and receive a special "Smoke of the Month" badge!

Good Luck to all!

** Pro Tip - If you have multiple photos, use the website https://www.photocollage.com/ to combine them all into one.
** Remember to follow the theme!!

My house, the ladies are on a keto kick, so making any desert is probably not going to get eaten. 🥲

Gave a Custard Tart/Pie ago this evening with sugar glazed raspberries, very nice, the custard forms a smoky skin across the surface

That looks really good @whoareya! Nicely done!
Thank you, got the Weber Ceramic dish last week, thought I'd try it out with a dessert first. (Smokefire does pastry really well he knew)!

But bought it really as always fancied a go at things like Steak + Mushroom Pie with thick beefy onion gravy inside and over it on the plate on the Smokefire. Thinking of doing Chuck or Stewing Steak on the Smoker first to a good IT and then finish it off in the pie on it as well.

Well no entry here. Smokefire doesn't start again. Ugh getting sick and tired of it. Happens too often lately.
That sucks!! I hate seeing people have trouble, obviously concerns me about what’s possible with mine. It really has become my go to these days. I will be pissed if it has issues.
