Hi all.
Getting this free at work place for anniversary:
Weber Performer deluxe 22" charcoal grill

Already have a Weber spirit 3 burner gas grill and a Weber smoky mountain short vertical smoker...
Need to dispose of one of the 3 lol... the question is :

Can I smoke meats using the Weber Performer deluxe 22" charcoal grill ?

Thx...Melissa

Yes, but I wouldn’t get rid of the WSM, personally. It’s a great little smoker that has a very small footprint. It’s also a dedicated smoker where as the kettle is a more versatile unit. That said, it’s a bit more work to smoke on the kettle compared to the WSM. Not at all a huge deal but it requires a few set up techniques. Congrats!
