Chicken Wings!

Seasoning: H-E-B bbq (straight from the package to the grill)
Grill Temp: 270
Wrap Food Temp: n/a
Finish Food Temp: 180
Method / Tip: Start on top rack then finish on bottom rack for the last 15 minutes (once the internal temp hit 165)
Sauce: Franks, Butter, Grated Parmesan, Smoked Garlic Salt, Minced Garlic
Served with Whataburger jalapeño ranch.

Fresh Ham! There's a farm near here that raises their own cattle and pigs and they just opened a storefront not long ago. Every time I go there and look around at the meats I get a smile on my face (for real). I dunno why. I want to do a ham for Easter so I dropped in today and they had an 11 pound half ham they sold to me for 2.5 buck per pound! Those are Kroger prices for a fresh ham from their own farm! Yes Exclamation point. Here I'll add another! I've never done a fresh ham before so I'm super geeked to give this a try. To hell with the Corona Virus. I hate their beer anyways. I'm smoking a ham this weekend.

I did a honey smoked ham for a small get together with friends before this craziness went down. The smoke flavor was amazing! I used this recipe:
