Just put the burger spread out in one of my wire rack pans. Seasoned with Holy Gospel/Fire Smoke Black and Tan. Added a few johnsonville cheddar brats

What a spread!

Did it taste smokey? Not sure a smokey cobbler sounds good? Interesting.
Very light, almost undetectable. I didn’t even actually taste smoke…but I had just eaten some other smoked foods so….

Smokefire makes the best mac and cheese on the planet. I use Green Mountain pellets primarily, had some Pit Boss for the mac and cheese Monday but it severely lacked flavor. I’ll pick up more GMG tomorrow.

Although, the EX6 is just not portable to lug to my moms. Half tempted to buy an EX4 and leave it there...

Agreed with the statement about the Mac n cheese.….I generally use Weber blend in the blue bag…just picked up some Weber hickory from Ace. I might try Pitt boss again cause it’s way cheaper and available at walmart

That looks like a good time. Nice work.

@bbqking I've never seen burgers made in a big sheet before, is there a recipe somewhere for this? Looks like a great way to feed a crowd!
My stepdad used to put burger in these probably 3x6 storage/microwave bins (far heavier duty than Tupperware-type) and did simple salt and pepper, microwaved them and we had square burgers.

To this day, the juiciest best burgers I’ve ever had

It’s just 80/20 ground beef. I just flattened it out in that sheet and put some seasoning on it. In the SmokeFire til done. Super easy. Can cut I to squares like that too. When I was a kid, my mom did burgers like this all the time. I guess you could add whatever you wanted to it for taste.
